He was born on the 17th of October 1976 in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, where he attended elementary and high school, and afterwards graduated in the Faculty of Forestry. He is currently employed in the Croatian Forestry Department of Horticulture. His first contact with the martial arts came at the age of 6. During his development in martial arts he trained in the arts of Karate, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Wing Tsun, Urban Survival Ryu, and finally Urbana system. He was one of the first pupils of Sensei Zdunic, training hard and persistently, and soon became on of his closest aides. In 2006 Zdunic Sensei awarded him with a title of Sensei, and gave him his first black belt, Shodan. After being awarded with his Sensei title he opened, with support from Sensei Zdunic, his own club - Totem. Besides his obligations in his own club, Sensei Dremil is in charge of the Urbana Demonstration Team and organization of demonstrations, as well as various seminars. |
