Ronny was born in Oslo, November 1968, and he is living in the village Jessheim in Ullensaker County 40km north of Oslo. Ronny was graded to his 2nd Dan by Soke Kevin Pell 8th Dan, October 2003.
In July-2000 he was graded to his 1st Dan by J. Therien Kyoshi 8th Dan, A. Sailly Shihan 7th Dan and R. Henrichsen Renshi 5th Dan.

In 1997 Ronny was elected to be 2nd chairman in the executive committee of "Oestlandske Kampsportkretser" (Eastern Norway Martial Arts Districts). He has also been Chairman of the club board since 1996, but retired from this position in March-2003, to give the system and instructions all his focus. Ronny has his Martial Arts background from the Ju Jitsu Norway system by R. Henrichsen Renshi 5th Dan and T. Arntsen Renshi 5th Dan.
In the period November 2001, Ronny in co-operation with Jo-Inge Nordli Sensei, developed and composed the syllabus of Norweejin Goshin Ryu. In December 2005 they re-composed the NGR syllabus.
Sensei Ronny is an instructor at the
Lillestrom Ju-Jitsu Dojo and the
Branas skole Ju-Jitsu Dojo.
