Information

Urbana Totem is located at Childs care center "Rainbow", close to public traffic lines, but behind old trees and in green environment.

Students are split in two groups, beginners and advanced. Techniques are similar but there is a different approach to each group.

Trainings have three elements: learning, practicing and meditation.
